Young Writers Workshop
Jiang Boyan is pleased to support the Young Writer’s Workshop which is sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Each year 100 finalists are selected from around China and invited to come to Beijing to join a 3 day workshop. Each student is paired with an individual teacher and some of the most famous current authors donate their time as leaders in the workshop. Upon completing the workshop, each child is given the opportunity to create their own book. The best books are published.
As the extension of learning equals the extension life, language accomplishment for students is closely connected with life against of the new round of the curriculum reform. Inspiring children become a Reader, a Writer and a Speaker is the main driving force of Jiang Boyan’s CSR.

The image used above is from Theatrum Orbis Terrarum by Abraham Ortelius. This atlas was originally published in 1570 and is one of the most brilliant and innovative of all Renaissance books. It was the first true atlas in the modern sense of the word, and as such, it introduced an entirely new and standardized method for the study of geography. For the first time in one volume, all parts of the globe were treated in a comprehensive and uniform manner, and thus it presented as complete a picture as was then possible of the whole world. “Swaen Gallery“.
